The full text is being reviewed before it goes up. Until then, these are the promises it will keep:

• Every plan is free until billing opens, and you will get 14 days' notice before anything is charged.
• Records are never held hostage. If a plan lapses, new AI work pauses; reading, signing and keeping your records never stop.
• What you write in DoneMark stays yours.
• DoneMark shows what your checks did; the decision to sign off is yours. It does not guarantee your software is correct.
• Your AI and CI costs are billed by those providers, with your own key and your own GitHub Actions.
